Please note that all orders enquired via the website and placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation communication will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that GO LESS Skincare does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by email or call. If we already have received payment for such a product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
GO LESS Skincare offers shipping within India. GO LESS aim to ship within 24 hours during weekdays, and the first following weekday if the order is placed during weekend.
Once your entire order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations. GO LESS Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Please also note that the delivery estimates do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If GO LESS Skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.
Please note that the postal services are busier than usual during Holiday seasons and that this may affect the shipping time.
RETURN STEP
Send a notice to contact@goless.in or call us on 9819840266 and include your order number, reason for return request and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, email address and phone number in order for us to be able to contact you if necessary.
